COMMUNITY EVENT INVITE: 'Staying Connected Coffee Morning'
Do you know someone over the age of 65 who might not get out much? or are you a carer for someone over 65?
On December the 3rd we will be hosting a 'Staying Connected Coffee Morning' at the Community Centre in Thurnscoe.
We have invited people from Age UK, Dementia Services, Welfare Rights and Barnsley's Medicine Management team.
We want to connect our patients with the best services and give them the opportunity to get help if they need it.
Please, tell your friends. Spread the word and more importantly bring your relatives to the event.
