How to Register

If you would like to join the Dearne Valley Group Practice please speak to a member of our reception team and they will provide you with the relevant documents.

Practice Area

Our practice area covers Banburgh, Billingley, Bolton-on-Dearne, Brampton, Brodsworth, Clayton, Darfield, Doncaster, Goldthorpe, Hickleton, Highgate, Little Houghton, Marr, Middlecliffe, Thurnscoe, Wath and Wombwell. However, as we are a teaching practice we accept patients from all over the country.

Registration Requirements for Overseas Patients

Upon applying to register at our practice please provide TWO or more of the of following:

  • Passport
  • Tenancy agreement
  • School/college letter
  • Benefits book/receiving pension in the UK
  • Bank statement (we do not photocopy these)
  • Work permit/Work Visa
  • Sales of goods and properties overseas/Receipts to show shipping of goods (this will show commitment to move to the UK)

Or asylum seekers

  • Home Office entry document confirming application to for asylum
  • IND card (credit card sized photo card of individual with your name, date of birth, and home office reference number

(Note: we May need to take a photocopy of these items for our records)
